In this episode, we talk about how to find peace and how to live within the Prince of Peace.
The song, “Oh Holy Night” tells us that even though the world may be in sin and error pining – at the arising of Christ, the soul finds it’s worth. What an awesome statement… most of us long to find greater self-worth, and self-worth comes when Christ arises.
When Jesus is birthed IN US and the Day Star arises in our heart.
The song goes on to say, “Truly He taught us to love one another - His law is love and HIS GOSPEL IS PEACE”
How can we find peace? Jesus lived and died to establish many realities that stretch from the salvation of the spirit and unto the salvation of our soul. Among many reasons, He died to create a new society upon this earth – one that is able to dwell in His presence and embrace His PEACE in our hearts in this world (Lk. 2:10, 11, 14). Even amidst the turmoil of this hour, Jesus is our only PEACE.
We lose our peace when we build walls between us. Walls of difference. Walls of social distinction. Walls defined by economic differences. Walls of tradition and diverse doctrine.
WE PRAY TO ALIGN OURSELVES WITH THE WORD OF GOD AND THE PURPOSES OF GOD.
